Electro-Osmosis Dehydrator
Unlike existing mechanical type pressurized dehydration, the electrical penetration type uses electrophoresis and Electro-osmosis to separate sludge moisture and achieve high-efficiency dehydration.
Since sludge is mostly composed of (-) electric charge, sludge cake (water content of 80% or above) that has gone through 1st dehydration is supplied between the positive drum and negative caterpillar. By applying direct voltage, it pushes combined water in the sludge cell to the negative side for dehydration to achieve high-efficiency dehydration with a water content of 60wt% or below.
